SHIPPING

Shipping/Handling Policy: Please include in your order instructions the preferred date of arrival.

Allow 10 days on orders that include time for your approval of the artwork and engraving.

Packaging and Shipping:
Orders are guaranteed against breakage. All damage must be reported to us within 5 working days and all packaging must be held for USPS, UPS or Fedex inspection. Replacements will be shipped by UPS ground. Claims must be made by the customer directly to the freight company and to Stallion Enterprises.

RETURNS

Please contact us before returning items.

Unetched items may be returned with a 20% re-stocking fee, less shipping charges.
