General Information and How to Order
Stallion Enterprises uses a photo stencil and sand blasting process for all its products. Our prices are among the lowest in the industry and our engraving is of the highest quality. Carefully read the information below and feel free to contact us if you require our assistance in designing your one of a kind gift or award.
Standard Fonts: Note, font sizes smaller than 12 point may not etch 100%.

Order Processing:
Orders will be processed only when Stallion Enterprises has recieved payment in full, as well as a black and white art mechanical (If applicable).
Production Scheduling:
Orders will be shipped within 14 days of the receipt of the order and artwork, subject to the availability of the item(s) and the size of the order. Production scheduling will not commence until all artwork has been approved by Stallion Enterprises as appropriate for the type of piece being processed.
No air shipments will be made without written authorization.
Artwork Information:
Minimum font size is 12 points on non-serif fonts (serif fonts may need to be larger).Logos and graphics with fine lines ( less that 1.5 pt. ) can not be guaranteed to compltetly etch.
Prefered artwork would be in one of the following formats (in order of preference): .cdr, .jpg, .gif, .pcx .bmp or .tif., attached to an e-mail or sent on a CD, IBM formated.
Camera ready artwork of the correct size for the item being processed, E-mailed as a .pdf file or printed on vellum or bond paper is also acceptable (black & white only, halftones are not possible with sandblasting). Laser printing (600 dpi) is exceptable. Artwork with fine lines may be problematic.
There are no setup charges for artwork submitted as stated above. Setup charges for artwork other than stated above will be charged at $45.00 per hour, with the minimum charge being $15.00
No setup charges for text only etching, using one or more of the standard fonts shown at the top of this page. Adding artwork from our Stock Art is free.
Stallion Enterprises reserves the right to reject any artwork not suitable for processing.
Logo, Trademark and Copyrighted material:
It is assumed by Stallion Enterprises that the customer has the rights to reproduce logos, trademarks and other copyrighted material for etching on their order and that right is temporarily passed to Stallion Enterprises for the sole purpose of processing the customers order.
Guarantee
We will gladly replace any reasonable defects in any of our awards. It is understood that variations of size, color, and/or patterns are characteristic of art quality hand made awards and are not considered defects. Surface variation, grain, texture, veining and surface cracking are natural occurrences that appear throughout stone and other natural materials and may affect your copy; however, as they cannot be avoided when using natural materials, no replacement will be provided for these occurances. |
